1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• For hygiene and quality reasons, perfumes and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange. Our support team will guide you through the process.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• The item must be shipped back in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges and promotional discounts are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design (subject to availability), please contact us first to confirm the replacement item. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. UAE Orders Only

Currently, Sawsanah Line offers returns and exchanges within the UAE only. International returns are not available at this time.
