We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
International shipping will be available soon as we expand our services.
2. Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (if applicable).
3. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery (within UAE): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, or unforeseen courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above AED 500 within the UAE.
For orders below AED 500, a standard delivery fee will apply (calculated at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update via WhatsApp or email with the tracking details so you can monitor your delivery progress.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order. Sawsanah Line will not be responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Undelivered Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect details, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Pre-Order & Coming Soon Items
If your order includes pre-order or coming soon items (such as our upcoming perfume collection), shipping times will be communicated separately once the product is available.
